Kaka transfer ko lang to my name nabili kong second hand.

LTO has been giving me CRs printed on ordinary national bookstore-variety bond paper, even before this controversial 40K penalty policy...

in my opinion,
it just goes to show just how many motor vehicles change hands, without the authorities being made aware of it.

they should investigate why it happens on an apparently large scale, so's remedies may be made.

Nabawasan kasi natigil eh. Feeling siguro nila hindi matutuloy.

Busy na ulit yan once may AO na ulit.
Pero hanggang ngayon, hindi pa ako tinawagan ng LTO for the permanent CR.
Kung hindi sila busy ngayon, tinawagan na sana nila ngayon yung nabigyan ng Temporary CR.
