    I would sometimes tell Alexa to play rain with distant thunder for one hour. That usually puts me out after just a few minutes.

    sometimes, the effect would be the opposite.

    ^ Maybe try getting some morning sun. I've read it may recalibrate your circadian rhythm. Medyo off na ata siya with your disrupted sleeping habits.

    If you have no work ... do mostly nothing ... don't expect to get good sleep ... your body doesn't need to rest ... because it's not using up energy ... exercise daily so you'll be tired enough ...

    Just a suggestion. Have you considered doing volunteer work (whatever advocacies you may have)? Even on a part time basis?
