if you have concerns, talk to your physician, for substitution.
personally, i have no difficulty sleeping.
in fact, i still haven't gone beyond chapter 2 of the easy-reading pocketbook i've been reading for a week now, just before falling asleep.

I would sometimes tell Alexa to play rain with distant thunder for one hour. That usually puts me out after just a few minutes.

^ Maybe try getting some morning sun. I've read it may recalibrate your circadian rhythm. Medyo off na ata siya with your disrupted sleeping habits.

If you have no work ... do mostly nothing ... don't expect to get good sleep ... your body doesn't need to rest ... because it's not using up energy ... exercise daily so you'll be tired enough ...
