Yoga or meditation can help with enough exercise. Exercise talaga important kahit 30 mins walk in the morning and evening lang.

I should nga kasi I always wake up around noon time. Lately I wake up early once a week to bring my second Mom to St Luke's for her weekly check, pero di din naman ako naarawan haha

You're right kasi I noticed when I am tired (out the whole day, drive to Laguna or busy with paperworks) I get sleepy early

No. I don't know what I am passionate enough with to volunteer, plus that will cost me money (gas)

I am tempted to go back to the gym. I used to be a gym rat, but now my body is too heavy, plus I believe na people my age should not exercise na (nakakamatay over exertion) Unlike in my 20s and 30s I could go close to my maximum heart rate.

    just go.
do a few exercises, at first. don't matter if you don't even break into a sweat. the important thing is, you're there.
eventually, you will find yourself enjoying it again, and you will gradually increase your repeats.

^ Doc is right. The first step is to just do some exercise even if very light.

You can exercise still. Brisk walking or bike-trainer meron naman sa gym for starters. Started biking again after another GI bleeding. Building enough stamina before playing BB again. Having lowered my weight my knees don't hurt anymore from playing BB kasi.

Kaya pa yan. I am older than you and I have much more injuries pa nga.
