    I think taking melatonin for 6 weeks helped me. I am able to sleep now before 2 am.

    Or probably because I have finally gotten over my heartbreak...

    Ang cheap and unethical naman ng mga doctor na yan

    I would rather not discuss what I used to take but that is one reason why I think mamamatay ako ng maaga because I abused my body when I was younger
