    Thanks!
P20,000, the material for the ceiling depends kasi we use gypsum board but for T&b ibang material (hardiflex)

    *Sir Van Wilder,

The materials will best suit if you specify the location of your house. Malapit ba sa dagat? Sa bundok?....

Hardiflex is the best ceiling material pamabahay lang. Gypsum boards will not last pag masyadong basa sa area mo... But for Filipino homes, hardilex or Fiber cement board is better.

For houses in the Philippines, it is best to use a fiber cement board instead of gypsum boards. OK lang yan pag condo unit or multi-level na building, but still cost wise and maintenance wise mas cheaper ang Fiber Cement board (popular brand is Hardiflex).

Ako, the houses I built especially in the provinces, I use fiber cement board, water resistant pa....

There are junction/Utility boxes for this. Try to check yung National Brand or Anam for plate covers visit Ace or Handyman... Use CAT5 cable, one for voice and one for data. When you plan to build a house, ensure that you provide voice and data connectivity to all rooms or rooms you feel would need these utilities. Voice for telephone, data for CATV or internet....may junction boxes and plate cover with adaptors for CATV, Telephone and Internet.
