^Metalspot and Vistosi are two brands carried by Dexterton. You can go to those companies' respective website to see if their designs suit your taste. They are bit expensive though compared to those found in light shops in various builer's depot (but those cheap imitations can't hold a candle to these Italian made and designed lights).

Re: Portal East. I dont own any of their products but I have seen it in a construction project. The quality seems comparable to Kenneth but Portal's wood grain frame is still white pvc at the back or in between (kenneth, is black). Visually, yes it is not upto par with Kenneth but I think the company will eventually imitate the leaders in the market.

i don't know if natanong na ito... nowadays pag nagpagawa ng two storey house ay naglalaro na sa 20K - 25K per square meter (floor area).. pareho lang ba per square meter if the house is bungalow type (single floor). thanks po..

Saan may makukuha na materials parang wood ang dating pero PVC? sin laki ng plywood? para sa garage gate? nakikita ko kasi sa tagal pumuputi yung kahoy e... Plexi glass kaya meron ganun na finished?

definitely we wont compromise quality of work over time frame. The reason that contractor do it faster and better, since we have been doing it for a number of times and we could strategize it better with our equipment, tools, skilled workers and tehnicals. dont worry cost depends on the requirements and we dont give surprises on terms of cost, whatever quoted on agreed plans and specifications, yun yon and our clients could attest to that.

are they really clean finish from exeterior and interior.
