    planning to buy a lot...ano po yung TCT and CTC na hinihingi ng bank as part of the requirements? CTC ba yung sedula?

    dumidikit ba siya sa painted concrete wall? baka katagalan bumitaw yung paint sa wall. siguro kelangan tapalan ko muna ng plywood yung wall, right?

    baka mauna bumitaw yun plywood sa wall and hindi naman bibitaw dahil sa paint unless hindi maayos yun pagka-paint. never pa kami nakaka-encounter ng ganun.

    anyway may screw/bolts naman na pang mirror.

    sa industry rate... a good finish house range from P20,000 to 40,000 per sqm of floor area. Okay na yung rate ni VW kasi it is within the normal range.
