audio set-up for beginners [continued]

Thanks mga sir nakapag pa install na ako last sat. (Mickeys)

HU: Alpine CDE148bt
Front: DLS RZ6.2
Amp: Sonus Enigma 4.100
Sub: Pioneer premier 8" shallow
Wirings/Deadeners: Audiomax Pro/Silent Coat

Anyway may extra deadners pala na binigay sakin, as in kasing laki lang ng box ng sub ko (downfire sa ilalim ng driver seat)
Okay ba na ilagay yung deadeners sa ilalim ng sub or no?

If you hear resonance or things shaking under your sub then deadening will help, if not, no need. Congrats on that sweet setup by the way!

Ok lang ba na unahin ko dsp kesa sa subwoofer? Also malaki ba ang difference ng 70w per channel na amp compared sa 100w per channel? Assuming na galing sa same line ng amps at normal listening volume lang naman?

Sub muna siguro sir para mas buo na agad tunog? Kahit mura lang naman na sub oks na hehe. Kung normal listening volume ok na ang 70w.

On normal listening volumes, you may not hear the difference unless your speakers have low sensitivity. I also agree to go with subs first.

Thanks. Akala ko kasi you need more power kapag ng full active ka compared kapag may passive x over?

For a budget of 10k anong ok na sq sub?

Not sure dun sa power ng active vs passive.

Yung binilhan ko ng amp dati, Nag champ sya sa emma ng gamit nya ay Morel Primo sub lang. Nasa 9.2k ata yung 10inch nun. Ang alam ko rin maraming gumagamit nyan.

Not necessary naman, unless again your drivers have low sensitivity. For a sub around that budget, a lot fits under 10k. I have both the Focal 25a4 and Hertz ES250.5 and they are around that price. The 10" Sub ng Helix also fits your budget.

Thanks for the suggestions. Ano naman kaya ok na mono amp? Budget is around 10k din siguro. Im trying to keep the total cost below 30k kasama na installation. Also hoping na medyo magtagal sana setup na to sakin before I feel the itch again hehe.. btw I already have a focal 165f and an incoming zapco amp gift from my sis. The reason that I was thinking of getting a dsp first is because di ko mapapalitan ang headunit ng Mazda 2 skyactiv
