    May coding ba in the short strip from Nichols toll plaza to Makati? I think that portion is half Taguig (North bound) and half Pasay (South bound). From the south kasi, pasok sana ako after 7pm sa Makati kaso baka may huli dun sa strip na yun kasi up to 8pm sila?

    Oo nga pala, if I take the skyway, ang exit ramp is just a few meters to the EDSA ramp which is Makati na rin ba?

    yes, but its still SLEX and wala naman enforcer when you come down from the Skyway Magallanes ramp.
    There are sometimes enforcers in the EDSA ramp going down from SLEX if you plan to go that route.

    kung makiki daan ka lang at wala naman intention pumasok ng makati ay pwede ka within window hours...

    EDSA is mostly handled by MMDA with the occasional LGU traffic enforcers.
    As long as you stay on the main EDSA road not the service roads going to makati, hindi ka huhuliin ng makati traffic enforcer.

    government should step in and enforce only one coding scheme in the entire ncr.
    i see no logic in why makati should have its own coding schedule.
