    Same. Dun sa parking lot na pinaparkingan ko, meron dun nagpapalit ng plaka every Tuesday morning. Ewan ko lang kung nasan na sya ngayon. Di ko na nakikita.

    some plakas are easy to change, others are really hassle to do so.
