Leadership and authority positions require high EQ.
Napapansin ko that most good, and effective leaders have highly developed levels of this trait.

Observation ko, they may not be the smartest (kahit ordinary/average intelligence lang), but they can keep a level head even under great stress and still deliver, be firm (but not arrogant/angas lang) when enforcing authority, and are not easily swayed/influenced (i.e. madaling madala/uto) by simply what they see, hear, feel and read, but make up their own mind, based on good judgment.

Even without putting on "airs" or projecting a (fake) persona about themselves - yun bang pa-astig "feeling alpha 'bad boy' lang kuno", na ang alam lang magwala/magdabog (?!?!) at madaling mapikon when things don't go their way, they earn the respect of people.

I you ask me, personally, I'd prefer being around and learning from such people. "Bilib"... or "bumibilib" sa kanila ang mga tao without them even trying.

i watched several episodes of these clearing operations.
it really takes a huge amount of self-discipline, to deal with these illegal park-ers.

    ganun pala yon.
if one comes about with driver's license, one gets only an illegal parking ticket, and one gets to drive away with the vehicle.
but if no one comes with driver's license, to claim the illegally parked vehicle, said vehicle gets towed away, with obviously greater penalty fine.
and the irritating thing is, time and again, "meron naman palang garahe!", ayaw lang i-pasok.

    the motorcycle naman,
if rider can not show driver's license, or vehicle has no papeles, motorcycle is confiscated, to be claimed by legal owner later, after paying penalties.

    also,
obviously unserviceable motor vehicles, even if parked on legally-allowed spaces by the road, are considered illegally parked.
"abandoned", in my opinion, and so liable for towing away to get rid of the balderdash.

I watched the video and good thing the civic owner sounded apologetic. Nambola pa na pa picture kasi idol si Nebrija ng friend niya LOL! Mas nakakapikon yung sila pa ang galit like the video that mons posted na spoiled brat na nag hysterical kasi tinow yung illegally parked Innova. I wanted the spoiled guy to get tazered hahaha!

Agree ako na nakakabilib si Nebrija, aminado ako that I am impatient and have a temper. I have LOW tolerance for idiots.

Punta kami ng Alabang bukas kaso 7 kami coding, PMVIC Muntinlupa before SM / LTO Muntinlupa coming from MCX exit, then Festival Mall Alabang, and probably ATC after.

I read no coding in Muntinlupa except for Ayala Alabang National road, saan ba ito? There's nothing like this sa Google maps, although if you search, lalabas stretch from Muntinlupa city hall to Starmall.
