I am so happy I found this thread. I'll be embarking on house construction in a year or so, and there is so much helpful info here that I haven't found anywhere else. Way to go, guys!

Based on the discussions here, I have the following additional questions:

    1. Most subdivisions require a construction bond. What's it supposed to guard against? How much does it cost? Is it a cash bond or a surety bond?

    2. I purchased a lot in a subdivision in Antipolo. Should there already be a "ready" sewerage system? Like a septic bank buried under each lot? Or will that be built by my contractor?

    3. Is the price of 20K/sq.m. good only for a "standard" finish?

in addition to my question above, yung "cpac monier" ba, is a type of "tegula" roof? or magkaiba?

i noticed from the website of cpac that it's heavy. in one of my conversations with a contractor, yan din ang observation niya sa tegula.

    1. CASH BOND. So that the lot owner would not go against the rules.

    2. It will depend on the subdivision and the city/municipality.

    3. Yes.

btw, I replied to your email. thanks

yes neutralize. whatever your painter tells you, go for boysen. pure boysen mix.

    1. makita is a good one. use portable not heavy duty. kasi kung heavy duty, di nila magagamit dahil mabigat.

    2. i cant answer that, we buy it directly.

hi sir van_wilder, tanong ko lang po paano nyo ini-implement ito, especially the data connection? may control box especially design for this or the normal splitter lang? may nakikita akong control box sa internet handling data, tel & cable/video at the same time, pero sa US yata yon gamit. i have a thread on this din at http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/showt...292#post991292

    Hi Mr. Van Wilder,

Ask ko lang po if ano maganda materials for ceiling, gypsum board, hardiflex, or steel deck ceiling?

Magkano po ba ang rate per square meter ngayon? We plan to build our house kasi within the year.

    Thanks!
