    Early 20s, inassume mo naman kaagad ano tina take ko [emoji14] Basta affected weight ko, moods ko, sleep tapos ang dami kong nararamdaman. Kaya feeling ko babawian ako pagtanda ko. Yung BP ko nga biglaan na lang hindi ma control tapos naka ilang dagdag para bumaba I think that is the start
