I don't think it was raised, more like maintained. I think the lifter just ensures the tires don't hit the roof of the wheel well in case you run over a hump too fast, or in my case, that it doesn't sag. I really like the Wigo's profile, the lifter is just a temporary solution until I can find better aftermarket replacement shocks for it.

but my concern is, are we not going beyond the weight limit of such a smaller and cheaper car? will the car go into premature failure because of the weight of the passengers it is being subjected to?

Probably. What is the weight limit anyway? I can't find it on the user manual.

i do not know. i tried to look for it also. manual.. innernet.. nada. parang state secret yata.. but someone did mention, 4 adults or 5 filipinos.. whatever that means.
and yes, even without modifications, the wigo is matagtag. dahil mataas ang recommended tire pressure, and also because it's got a short wheelbase.. can't soften even light bumps..

    Nope.

Well, yes, it is, especially if you strictly follow the 36psi tire pressure recommendation indicated on the side of the doors, which is "matagtag" na even without the lifters. But, I use 34, I always have, and the ride quality isn't any different from what it was before.

Kaya yan We use the car every weekday papasok to Makati, 3 adults, and then sometimes 4 adults pauwi. But then again, I have lifters. Nyehehe preparation na din when the day comes (if it does) na magpalit ng mags to 15 inch. :D

Nope. You can take it all the way up to Baguio if you want.

Hello....

At nasa manual nila nakalagay at door side reminder.

Two per side, so bale 4 sa rear.

36psi talaga recommended sir e hahaha nakalagay dun sa door, pati sa user manual. Well it works naman, if solely for fuel efficiency. Natry ko na 30, nalalambutan ako. Perfect na sakin yung 34

Yea, Baguio. We have several members sa WigoPH who've done that. I've gone up to Tagaytay with 4 adults and a kid, easy peasy. Mine is a manual though, but still, I don't see how the AT variant can't do that as well.
