July 7th, 2017 05:37 PM #2072i have meniscus tears on both knees plus baker's cyst(behind the knee) used glucosamine for a few years, the one that really worked for me was doing squats and deadlifts or strengthening the legs overall...im just carefull of the angle of the knees when going down...it must not go pass the toes or else masakit na...example are lunges..
