maganda pag nag gym ke eh magaganda din yung suot nung mga kasama mo specially pag magaganda din sila.
diet.... di ko yata alam meaning nun.

Eto workout sked ko. Pang relieve din ng stress ang main purpose ko as well as fitness and wellness,
Mon: off
Tue: jog 15 laps at Moro Lorenzo indoor track oval
Wed: weight training at Tara Gym (P. Tuazon, Cubao), chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and abs
Thur: interval training at Moro Lorenzo indoor track oval, 10 laps combination of wind sprints and jogging.
Fri: off
Sat: Tennis
Sun: same as wednesdays
I will start working out at Clark Hatch this October.

9 years ago pa ha ha sa bahay lang ni utol na tinitirhan ko nung college pa ako...may kasamang diet...
ngayon sa kusina na lang he he...pwera biro nasa no rice diet na lang ako...no time to go to a gym...masyadong maarte naman kung mag South Beach diet ako ha ha...

hehe...matindi pala program ni chieffy, kitchen workout. :D
ako dito lang sa opisina (buti na lang may gym dito) pang tanggal stress.
MWF - light wieghts/ muscle toning
TTH - cardio/ badminton
SAT/SUN - lamon to the maxx!
