Can't wait to begin my long planned fitness journey. Literally as I'll be using my newly acquired bike for exercise and to go places at the same time. This pandemic had really exacerbated my couch potato lifestyle. Time for a change of pace.

Nag rest ako kahapon..
Today rin mag-rest ako..
Saklap nga di nakisama ang sched ng work..
Past 5PM ako natapos mag work kahapon, meeting after shift ko na dapat 2PM lang tapos na ako.. Nag-rest na lang ako dahil 4AM start ng work today, 3AM ako gumising..
Mamaya meeting uli 5PM to 7PM.. Kaya mag nap na lang ako hahahahahaha [emoji23] hanggang Saturday meron ako work na 4AM ang start..
Sana bukas maituloy ko uli..

Para may pressure.. Kapag ako lang tatamarin na naman ako..
Kailangan kasi ma-pick up ko ulit yung habit.. baka 1 month na tuloy tuloy di ko na kailangan mag post nabalik ko na disiplina ko..

At least 30 mins daily is a good start... slight adjustment lang on your daily schedule (it's just like giving up a single episode of a netflix series, hehe!).
Or set an achievable goal like x number of steps per day. Or maybe join an online fitness community like strava, etc.
