She'll be preparing meals for us mas madali at mas matipid magprepare ng meal sa OMAD.
I heard Keto connect yung reference niya.
Kapag gusto namin ng pasta or rice ang pumasa lang konjac/shirataki noodles ewan ko if meron sa pinas. Dito sa japan store kami bumibili.

December 7th, 2017 08:20 PM #36Sa keto strip di na nga daw effective after a while.
Lalo na pag ulam ung my mga sabaw like tinola and sinigang.

December 7th, 2017 08:43 PM #37alternative sa rice...nada, no cheating for a year also..its the power of habit..once you introduce carbs or anything resembles it or cheat a little bit, that moderation becomes frequent na..kaya as much as possible never cheat..pero once i reached my goal weight..i stopped doing keto, as of now im just 3lbs heavier from the time i was in ketosis...btw, im happy doing omad...i dont feel deprived. kasi at the end of the day ill eat like a king..

December 29th, 2017 07:26 PM #40Is it true that marijuana can actually help to loss weight? I've been hearing people talk about this lately in some forum i cant remember what forum that is but i was pretty curious about they're topic. I have been reading this marijuana strain here in Island Sweet Skunk and all it says that it can help you relax and chill you physically and mentally. Some of them might even help you with depression and anxiety but this issue regarding losing weight when using marijuana is just fascinating. Can you enlighten me with some new information about this?
