I've been hearing people talk about this lately in some forum i cant remember what forum that is but i was pretty curious about they're topic. I have been reading this marijuana strain here in Island Sweet Skunk and all it says that it can help you relax and chill you physically and mentally. Some of them might even help you with depression and anxiety but this issue regarding losing weight when using marijuana is just fascinating. Can you enlighten me with some new information about this?

August 31st, 2018 04:33 PM #2Ive been trying to lose some weight and I am trying to use these 2 types of method. My friends recommended me to try these methods and I dont know which one is the best option. I know what keto diet means, but I never heard of the cbd oil for losing weight. They said marijuana users are much less likely than non-users to develop metabolic syndrome, which is a significant risk factor for obesity, type II diabetes, and heart disease. Marijuana is not the magic plant for weight loss, but surprisingly, it does have many benefits for weight loss just like the article I read from What Is Marijuana Kief? - I Love Growing Marijuana. Not all strains of marijuana will suppress appetite, so choosing the right strain is very important. Different marijuana strains have shown to reduce appetite and help you be more alert and active. I would like to hear any personal experience or testimonial that would be highly appreciated. Thanks

I started Keto/IF around late June this year. Normal na BMI ko ngayon maintain na lang same low carb diet, IF doing One Meal A Day(OMAD) Mon-Thursday, 16/8 Fri-Sun.
Exercise: 30-60 Pull-ups/Chin-ups, 30-60 chair dips, Thursday cardio 8-10KM for maintenance.
Age:31
Height: 172cm
Starting Weight: 220.5 lbs
Current Weight: 156.5 lbs

December 6th, 2017 10:18 AM #8Ikaw pala and idol. Halos same height tayo (I'm 173cm) but I never got to 200lbs. But my body look fat and big because my extremities are not really big.
I am into some sort of lazy keto. Not measuring everything. Probably still eat some carbs (e.g. chicken joy with the breaded skin hehehe). But slowly I'm trying to be more strict.
The only advantage I have (IMO), is that I am not in a hurry to lose weight. Hopefully I get to the 160lbs target.
I was 191lbs last Oct20 and 181lbs end of Dec1. I had cheat days within that period.

December 6th, 2017 10:47 AM #9well, when i was on keto my best friend was skippys peanut butter...pero only 4 tablespoons a day....btw..there is only a 3-5lb difference between now and when i was on ketosis....i know that is just water weight...we are heavier when our body is full of glucose..

December 5th, 2017 07:12 PM #10i lost 8lbs in 3 weeks...just cutting a little bit of calories.im going to boracay in the end of the month...pero im not into keto as of now, coz i dont want to lose too much strength..
