Simple lang tanong ko and can't even give me a straight answer. Instead you give me a long video that looks like a tribute to a dead person. Ang sama na nga ng pakiramdam ng tao. We all get it. Your health is perfect but don't be condescending towards people who are sickly.

BTW, I'm not looking for awa, I am asking for opinion. You don't have to go to this thread. I specifically made this on the topic of hypertension. Lahat naman dito mabait sakin and understand my concerns without chastisising me.

Scary thing is..prior to having a stroke, he looked good for his age..and seemed like he took care of himself..another unfortunate story was pete maravich..ganun din, pero sa kanya may undiagnosed heart problem talaga sya..sa basketball clinic sya..dinatnan, at yung mga soccer players pa pala, sumama ako before sa cardio sessions nila...it was brutal, lang tigil na running sa field..rami ding tragic na heart attack sa mismong game..

point is..yung mga physically gifted individuals, hindi sila immune, what more pa tayong normal folks..

Most people lalo na lalaki, ayaw pansinin ang symptoms. I personally know some old people na walang maintenance medicine, tapos nung tinanong ko kung bakit sila wala, “wala naman daw nararamdaman” and then follow up question ko kung ano ang cholesterol level at bp niya. Hindi niya alam. [emoji2359]

Pinsan ko naman kung kelan lang kumikirot ang batok tsaka lang iinom ng gamot. Isa pang makulit.
