Walang mga clinic ngayon and I really do not want to go out of the house Yung current cardio ko kasi almost 10 yrs na ko sa kanya so he knows my history.

I never thought of covid 19 since I don't go out of the house. My cardio had to mention it pa
You're fine, its just panic attack. People who have a stroke don't know they had a stroke unless someone tells them.

Is it possible to have daily panic attacks? This morning was really bad. I woke up with my heart racing, shortness of breath and lightheadedness. I am also having upset stomach/LBM.

I should stop googling about hypertension Until now I can't lie in bed, hirap ako huminga. Pero my friend told me if I can deep breathe and hold for 4 seconds, kaya naman.

It's possible. Lalo kung hindi mo maeliminate yung stressors mo. Possible anxiety attacks, pero ang confirmation parin is through expert diagnosis

What do you all day that keeps you anxious? Surely there is something at home that you can do that will keep your mind off COVID or your HT? Exercise, walkaround, garden, wash the car, a hobby?

And that holding your breath test for COVID? Thats just stupid.

Relax ka lang Cathy. Sa mga iniisip mo yan most probably plus medyo kulang ka nga exercise iirc.

Just don't go to the corona virus thread baka lalo ka mainis at magworry. Play with you labrador na lang para pamparelax. Just wear a mask kasi yung balahibo baka makalala.

Agree, meron tawag sa ganitong condition, where one unconsciously punish themselves with worries or guilt, it becomes a habit. I suffer from this also, but I fight it by trying to focus my mind away from it.

Whenever I worry, I try to keep this in mind...

I really don't know what triggered my anxiety. Possibly the deaths of people I know and my last day at the job that I love getting closer each day.

Funny that now that I have so much time, I don't even wash my car anymore (which I used to do religiously once a week)

This could be TMI but I even missed my period, which was supposed to be last week as well (when my SOB got worse) It used to be like clockwork. Something is really wrong with my body. And BTW before one of my haters says it's menopause, wala pa kong 40 yrs old and I have friends older than me that had their first child in their 40s

My friend who passed away, I used to post about him at the board. I've known him since my teens and he was sort of a mentor to me. He is one of the reasons why I love Ateneans, he was both book smart (Mgt Eng) and street smart (very decisive) I spoke to him before I left the US and we were supposed to meet here in Manila (he is based in LA) I even told him I wanted Porto's cheese rolls He passed away 2 days shy of his 50th bday MAGINGAT TAYO SA 49 yrs old, delikado ang age na yan. It is so tragic that his family can't even fly to visit him.

Shortness of breath (even when not physically stressed), high diastolic, baka enlarged heart mo. That is the same symptoms my father had. Heart can't pump enough because heart is too big in its cavity, and it also keeps the lungs from expanding to its usual inflated size. Better have your heart checked. Walang gamot ang enlarged heart except for a procedure that this doctor in India does (not approved by any medical body, only done in India) where the lungs are trimmed to accomodate the enlarged heart. We were contemplating bringing our father to India before but then stroke got him first.
Mas mabuti pa ata ang covid than enlarged heart, at least covid may gamot. I really hope not. I don't want to die yet.

Yup, hindi na ko nagbabasa ng Corona thread. Galing mo kasi I DID play with my fat lab yesterday when I was contemplating if I should go to the ER. I hugged her and it relieved my breathing somehow.

BTW, kung walang covid kahapon talaga pupunta na ko ng hospital. But knowing 2 people na life and death na tinanggihan, I was better off at home.

I don't want to worry, but it seems like it is my subconscious doing it. My Mom blames my Dad on why I "cannot cope with disappointments"

Meron pa kong isang sakit - I GET HIVES pag stressed ako. Bumababa din immunity ko when I am sad/stressed, yung heartbreak ko ng 2011, ang baba ng immunity ko, na ER ako twice for allergic attack. I have a history of anaphylaxis kaya I always need Epinephrine with me.

Ang hirap ng may nararamdaman at this time kasi walang clinic mga doctor and you can't expect na asikasuhin sa ER

You're not dying. You just need to relax. Since you will be out of a job soon, try learning a new skill.

Thanks, I messaged my cardio and asked him if my diastolic means I have an enlarged heart, na seen zone ako It could be:

    1. silence means probably and I don't want to alarm you
    2. silence means it's ridiculous, you don't deserve a reply

I also texted Dr Cutie and he said the same as my cardio that my BP is normal. But he said get a chest xray and ekg na rin daw
