For me, achieving a healthy life revolves around 3 things - food, activity and sleep.
For food, one must maintain a balanced diet complete with all the required nutrients. Given that it is hard to maintain a balanced diet every day, you can take food supplements to compensate for the nutrients being overlooked.
For activity, one must maintain an active lifestyle. Exercise regularly. I think more than the types of exercise, the most important thing is to just do it regularly. It doesn't have to be as intense as the workouts done by athletes, all you have to do is maintain that exercise regularly.
Lastly, one must have sufficient sleep. Research varies on the ideal # of hours of sleep. For most I read, it's 6 - 9 hours. Just as important as the # of hours is the consistency of your schedule.

February 8th, 2016 08:35 AM #35I think one of the most important thing is to be active instead of being a couch potato, esp. for retirees.
My dad smokes a lot, drinks a bottle of beer everynight. He's 78 and still strong, his ultimate exercise is walking to run an errand, than take a tricycle ride.
Bottomline is, pag oras na, oras na. Even if you're very active and regularly exercises, hindi maiiwasan ang fate.

maybe lagi sila naaarawan. Eh vitamin d from the sun madami health benefits its a steroid hormone .
They dont eat like the americans but i know madalas sila cup noodles but malaki talaga tulong nung sikat ng araw kaya nanenegate ang virus.
Mas anti-fragile mahihirap. KAsi kung magkamatayan man wala sila iisipin mga properties, bank account.

minsan may sense ka
minsan
SUNSHINE
when did the outbreak start? winter
coz low vitamin d = low immunity

so pag summertime eh tiis talaga ako and eventually nasanay na.
and yung vitamin d sumisikat yan sa caucasian countries. Search comibra protocol.
kasi sa kanila bihira ang araw so they need to take d3 supplements. Pero mahirap tanggapin ng katawan so yung iba transdermal and you need to eat cholesterol rich food para maasimilate ng katawan.
