^ sugar is the enemy talaga bro. i stopped drinking soda (alcohol kept to a bare minimum na din) and eating pastries and malaki talaga tulong. white rice tinanggal ko na din pati iyong white "tasty" bread and replaced them w/ everything brown ilang months na din. effective talaga magpa-payat.
and then i started fasting in earnest when the ecq started and i lost so much weight in 3 weeks that it alarmed me. i had to rethink my strategy and eat a bit more "regularly" just to maintain the weight i'm now in. the problem is, i've grown accustomed to not eating that much that i sometimes have to remind myself to eat.
one backlash i've noticed though is there are times my stomach seems to be more sensitive than usual. pasalamat na lang at walang biya-biyahe na muna.

Yeah, I agree with this, sugar talaga, need to cut down on my sugar intake also, I'm not getting younger each day.

Yup, gonna start it today, problema coffee [emoji22], I only have 3 in 1 instant coffee sa bahay, anyway, going to change it sa next grocery run ko.
