    No need to taper for a 10k.
    Unsolicited advice ko lang, don't focus on your time muna and just enjoy it, lalo na if its your first 10k.

    BTW, you won't get good results training on treadmills lang. If you decide to move on to longer distances and/or faster times, you'll eventually have to "pound the pavement" talaga.
