BTW, you won't get good results training on treadmills lang. If you decide to move on to longer distances and/or faster times, you'll eventually have to "pound the pavement" talaga.

Yup, it's more difficult to run on road pero wala akong tatakbuhan eh [emoji23]

Sa treadmill i finished 10km in 73mins. Kapag on road, malamang masmatagal pa dyan.
