Just like when we say "WEST COAST", we just mean California and not Washington State, and Alaska. But geographically, they are supposed to be in the west coast. Know what I mean?

    NOPE

Sorry but I used to live in NJ, si ermat nasa NJ pa din, and we do consider VA, DC, MD and the rest that I have mentioned, EAST COAST.

    Not I.

Most people assume that WEST COAST is California alone, does that make it right? Maybe If you are a rapper then EAST COAST is NYC and WEST COAST is Cali

Kapatid, Im not here to argue about geography. IF you 'think' you are correct, so be it. I just wanna give the rest of the information, and not just half baked. Know what I mean?

Hey FX36, its not your fault. It's nobody's fault. I tried to give an opinion. I guess other people are taking it a little deeper and too touchy about this issue. And its definitely not me who would like to pick a fight over a very simple matter. He he he!! I didn't write that comment to prove anything.

But I guess mas nakakaalam po yata ang iba. Yung lang naman po! Case Closed!!

At yung Standard and Cost of living, I purposely changed yung terminology to cost of living sa comments ko kasi its easier to explain. Yung Cost of living is mas concrete na example sa isang parte ng Standard of living.

An encyclopedia defines STANDARD OF LIVING:
The Standard of living refers to the quality and quantity of goods and services available to people. It is generally measured by real (i.e. inflation adjusted) income per person, although sometimes other measures may be used; examples are access to certain goods (such as number of refrigerators per 1000 people), or measures of health such as life expectancy.

    Datek defines COST OF LIVING:
COST OF LIVING is the level of prices of goods and services required for a reasonable standard of living.

Parang out of topic na kasi... He he he!!

    fx36,

Its not your fault kapatid, akin na lang ang kasalanan Alam mo naman ang ibang tao, kapag may nag-correct sa kanila, akala nila ina-api na sila :bwahaha:

All I wanted to do is tell you that you are not only limited to the EAST COAST places like ME, MA, NY, NJ, NH, CT, and RI when looking to move to the EAST COAST. Fortunately, may DC, MD, and VA pa na maraming ding opportunity.

Happy New Year and lighten up

standard of living - gaano kasarap mabuhay sa isang lugar
