In a year it could reach the 2/F. Watering and maybe some nitrites could hasten growth. Ang maintenance lang yung linisin ang ilalim dahil tinitirhan ng ahas. Nagiging pugad kasi ng ibon esp those maya birds then eventually aagawin ng japanese sparrow. Its so nice to hear the grass scrubbing each when the wind blows, add the sound of chirping birds.

Di ba masyado makalat mga bamboos. Grabe mag shed ng leaves mga bamboo, may clog gutters and drains.

    well,
that's the downside for any tree on the property.
our alulods need de-leafing on a regular basis.
but i still like trees on my property.

    Aluminium sun shades - merlo

Aluminum sasalo ng sunlight/tapos external air cooling.

Puwede siguro pa sadya sa aluminum shop, tapos per panel install. Gawing typhoon proof.

Maganda malayo allowance sa wall para sa air cooling.
Pang office building, pangit sa residential itsura.

We are planning to put a lot 3rd floor this may shield the 2nd floor roof from heat, yung wall na lang ang problem on what we can do so it wouldn't absorb heat so much.

Also the 3rd floor roof, what can we do so it wouldn't absorb heat too and end up with same problem.

how much area (roof, wall) are we talking about?

we put heat shield (styrofoam) in our ceiling, and added breathing holes on the ceiling outside.
it diminished the heat, but it still gets hot during the summer.

our firewall gets uncomfortably hot also, staying that way into the night.
the trees outside keep only the first floor firewall cool; the 2nd and 3rd floor firewall segments get hot.

to effectively prevent the wall from getting hot, i think it has to be a technology-based external barrier. a heat shield.

I noticed in Malaysia most houses use ceramic roofing and they seemed to be a lot cooler than our typical steel roofing.

Aluminum roofing is also cooler but I haven't seen any local contractor using it.
