    They're pretty durable. Hospitals do change em once worn. Re-laying is easier than the 1st go....no more prepping & leveling the subfloor to perfection.

    I placed our 2F T&B on top of our garage, so pag may problema, babaklasin lang ang ceiling, no hassle inside the house

    Speaking of wood....

    I like wood paneled ceiling . And floor to ceiling glass .

    Warm...and opens up d space.....

    Question lang, ilan psi dapat ang water pressure from the water consessionaire? Malakas ba masyado ang booster pump ko if naka set siya 30psi ON and 50psi OFF?

    i do not know.
    but i believe it is more of the pipe size and the pump's higop-ing ability, rather than the opening and closing psi...
    if your current set-up is not giving problems, ok siguro.

    but this is what i have.
    i have a volume tank connected to my always-on nawasa, automatically turned off when the tank's float valve is reached by the water level.
    then i have a pump that forces water from this volume tank, to my pressure tank. this ensures water in the upper floors of the house.
    if nawasa is out, i still have water for some time.
