Preparing for a business trip. Talaga bang mura ang laptops sa US compared sa local sellers? I bought a couple of laptops and gadgets a year ago and they are still functioning. I think the risk is on the warranty that will not apply to international buyers but I did not have the time to compare prices (I.e. ebay or sulit). I reserved a few units online at Fry's electronics. Appreciate any inputs.

Yes di hamak na mas mura ang laptop sa US compared sa Manila. I bought a laptop here in Manila for P80k before pero it's costs about USD1k pero I did not want to risk the warranty kasi Toshiba. Pag Apple naman international warranty diba? Kaya pag Apple products sa Best Buy ako nagpapabili.

Electronics has matured over the years....
And so, bibihira na lang ang mga early failures....
Usually,- expired na ang warranty bago ito masira....

Yes, best time to buy in the US... Almost all of my electronic (portable) gadgets were bought there, because it is a lot cheaper compared here... So far, no bad experience..... laptops, netbooks, GPSs, cameras, tablets, watches, speakers, car HUs, ipod, bluetooth earpiece
