if it's VIPs, we bring out the better babasagins (not melamine!).
but if it's just us and relatives, we pass out paper plates.. yung aluminum or waxed, para hindi lumusot ang grasa.

but whatever, we always use metal spoons and forks. the plastics always break.. it's not fun, eating lechon that you can't prise apart.

I hate using plastic spoon and fork too. Buti na lang KFC now uses metal spoon and fork. It's better for the environment too.
