kaya nga. stock muna. o kahit 200 hp muna. gusto big turbo 800 hp agad
and why use the corolla altis as a platform anyway?
if you wanna build a 4 cylinder 800 hp car the Evo is the best platform
Sabog yang makina for sure, wala pa pala siya kilala na shop that is capable of building that much power. Not every shop or mechanic can build that much power. And the size of that turbo... Well
for someone who's such a car enthusiast and with a shop named like that you'd think he and his team is building the car
so what he's doing basically is sending payment. paying for parts abroad. paying for labor here. yun lang ginagawa niya...., nagbabayad. so saan exactly pumapasok yung pagiging car enthusiast niya?
when i was building my project car i was getting my hands dirty. baba makina, salpak makina, kabit cables, hoses, piping, wiring harness... i was totally hands on. it was hard work but a lot of fun
so car enthusiast siya in the sense na he just wants to drive the finished product
so why go thru all that just to drive a high powered car?
why not just go buy a finished product? since bayad lang ginagawa niya baket di nalang siya bumili ng project car ng ibang tao?
or why not just buy a production high performance car like an Evo, WRX sti, BMW M3 etc kung ang habol niya ay maka experience mag drive ng high performance car sa trackLast edited by uls; October 24th, 2013 at 02:02 PM.

As per management, retro daw effect .
:naughty2:

Hindi pala kasya 2jz. Hehe. Butasin firewall!
Yeah hindi masaya yung tingin-bayad method. Get your hands dirty and if your kinda lost on the build, ask a fellow enthusiast... Dun ka ngingiti na ikaw mismo nagbuo and madali malaman pag may masira. Mas mura kumuha ng engine stand and hook kesa labor sa labas. Since wala naman siya ginagawa, he can build the car all day long.
Mas masaya kasi para sakin yung galing stock, then add this and that... See what it can do. After that, gawa ulit project to kick in more power. Then repeat cycle. Kesa nakatengga lang sa bahay yung oto. Gusto ko nakikita and ramdam yung add ons ko. Kaya may practice runs, to see if the upgrade makes sense or may kulang. R&d talaga sa track cars...
Evo has a lot of power na from the start, 4g63 internals can handle more beating than a 2zz. How much is a cagayan Evo? 500k? Better baseline all around, awd drive pa.
I agree na if it's just to drive, get a full on race car, end of story. Mas mura pa lalabas kesa bumuo ng oto. Sabak na sa brc and Clark. Let's see what your made of. I'll bet wasak sa unang run yan.

Yung Harabas na yun, sinalpakan namin ng 2.3 V6 Cologne engine from a Ford Granada.
Akala nina Tom, Dick, and Harry na dahil Harabas lang, ay kayang-kaya nila ............
Ayun, ubos silang lahat.

after building ,my car and driving it pag may naramadaman ako hindi tama alam ko agad ano problema
if you didnt build the car yourself pag may problema dadalhin mo pa sa shop
pag OC ka ikaw lang nakakapansin. para sa ibang tao wala. so it's better if you kalikot the car yourself
that's part of the fun and fulfillment of building a car

Eto sagot ni GS sa inyo. Don't have time to build my dream car myself. I'm busy monitoring pampam's every movement. Likewise, I'm not planning to use it in BRC or clark, dun ko ito susubukan sa Macapagal every Saturday * 2am.
