November 19th, 2010 02:52 AM #41hAHAHA natawa ako dun ha, halos magkamukha nga yung Fort at Hilux maski interior similar yung tatlo including Innova eh. pero ganun din ang MS, similar face with Strada or Triton (medyo iba nga lang ang interior dash). Hehehehe pampalubag loob dun sa mga nabili na ang mga SUV nila, Love your own hahahaha

November 19th, 2010 02:59 AM #42Tama ka sir, Good looking naman ang Fort (i didnt say that its not at all) pero outdated yung design since medyo matagal na ang modelo at nagfacelift lang, yun namang knobs ng Montero, aminin natin, parang Wash and Spin knob ng lumang Washing machine talaga eh. So maybe, if they can come up with newer designs for the next models, malamang magaganda yun since bago ulit. I'm sure it will take time though kasi hotcake parin bentahan ng MS so Im banking that Toyota will get ahead in changing/ upgrading their next Fort. Sana palitan na ng Mitsu ang knobs kasi ultimo washing machine ngayon automated na at push button narin eh hehehe

November 19th, 2010 03:02 AM #43Sir, may konting problema parin tyo if we buy both Fort and monty, We would probably have a hard time deciding which one to drive daily unless salitan sila unlike iphone and Blackberry which you can both bring anywhere, anytime hahahaha but you are definitely spot on, on one thing, Ang angas ng dating ng Sorento, sayng lang at CUV sya, sana ginawang SUV narin

Actually, IIRC, the Sorento is like the Santa Fe. They both have 3 rows. The Sorento may not look to be as big as the MS or Fort, but that's only probably because it's physically shorter in terms of ride height. Have a look inside, it's pretty spacious.
Downside nga lang, is also product availability.

November 21st, 2010 10:59 AM #48I fully agree with you sir, downside also is the unreasonable pricing considering that Korean builders has just recently been surging in market penetration. I actually, love the drive and ride and even the sophisticated functions of the automation inside the Sorento. heck, it even won the People's choice awards this year (which was held by Montero sport for the previous years) but when we talk of practicality in functions to Road hazards, force majeur and most of all in selling price, we probably won't get the proper bang for our bucks. Just my opinion sir.
