February 1st, 2019 05:41 PM #23First option is asked some friends or kamag anak or anyone within your area kung may nagbebenta.
Next option - Check online Market Place like FB, Olx, Philkotse, Autodeal. Specifically target those owner/seller. Make a list of all the vehicle you want to check and sched a visit to check the vehicle.
3rd Option is 2nd hand Car lots. Visits na rin.
While doing it, get the prevailing Market price of the particular unit you prefer to buy so you can compare and haggle
Last is pag may napili ka na, don't close the deal outright, hanap ka ng trusted mechanic and bring him with you to check the vehicle condition. If everything is good then you can proceed and close the deal. Before I forget, test drive syempre..Pag ayaw magpa test drive, walk away. Ittakes alot of patient talaga pag 2nd hand buyer ka.. Good luck

Yun namang mechanic ng buyer ng car ko was probably trying too hard to earn his fee, pinagdudahan pa na nag overheat daw sasakyan ko [emoji23]
