The JBL MS62C is actually cheaper than Kappa 60.11CS by P1.1k. That’s a lot of savings (if mickey’s updated those prices). Mas mataas lang sensitivity nang Kappa 60.11CS. Also it says that it’s a marine series, does this mean also that the speaker is water resistant? Anyway, I’ll just download the MS62C pdf product guide for further reading.

I don’t have a deep pocket and I’m not really particular sa brand nung speaker. It’s just that, with my limited knowledge in automotive audio it would be best if I stick to the well known/tested brands backed up by engineering/research, reviews and experts here in tsikot. I also believe that “you always get what you paid for”. If di pa kaya nang budget, I tend to save and research muna (like the 25k retrofit I shell out for my headlights) Kaya plan ko for my audio set up is to do it one at a time.

It really pays to ask questions first, thanks sir jhnkvn
Kung marine series then yes the speaker is water-treated. These are usually installed in harsher environments like boats.

For the 1.1k, it's a coin throw really. Truthfully, I like the JBL MS62C. Its inverted dome tweeter is excellent and non-fatiguing to the ears (one of those dome tweeters that you get right) and inverted domes are inherently great in a small environment like a car due to their dispersion characteristics. Look at Focal and their obsession with it (they're the one who originally patented it). However, the 3dB sensitivity of the Infinity isn't to be scoffed at. That's huge.

Actually on paper the Infinity has 93dB sensitivity and 2ohm impedance while the MS62C has 86dB sensitivity and 4ohm impededance. I'll just to sleep it over na lang muna and think which should I get.

    Follow up question lang po:
Ok lang ba na 2nd hand amps yung bilhin ko just to save some cash? Nakakita ako nag ad sa olx selling a Blaupunkt GTA 4100 4 channel at 5k.

Sir may I ask for advise for the right size of subwoofer speaker for honda jazz. Since maliit lang naman ang interior nya and I'm more inclined on sq route, would an 8" subs will suffice my need. As of now I already installed 2-way seps powered by my HU only, I'm planning to install an amp to power the seps together with the sub but need to know the ideal size of subs based on the size of my car. Thanks

Wala naman right or wrong size nang subs, it's how much space you have and the space you are willing to give up that will determine the size of the subs. If you're really keen on saving precious boot space, you can make a sealed enclosure around .3-.5 cubft. for a 8 inch subs installed under the rear seats of your Honda Jazz.

Oh right, different nominal impedance pala. If then so, you can't use sensitivity as a general comparison because a lower resistance would generally give you a higher measured decibel.

I also generally support secondhand amplifiers. Truthfully, I find snoopy's amplifiers at KAC's ICE section as a great buy.

    Friends

Suddenly had a change of plans on going 3 way medyo need to go 2 way since i found the pillar mods a bit intrusive for my taste

Im working on a 80 to 100k budget so allocated 30k for install, deadening woodworks and wires

    With 50 to 70k what can i do ?

I alreay have 2 4 channel amps already 4x100 each and have no plans on changing HU

Im planning on going focal flax audison bit tem focal p30

Would it make sense to change rear speakers to a coaxial ?

You do not need rear speakers.
