pag 476s at 915 by hand ako. Mahirap kasi pag machine gagamitan pa ng rubber spatula para i scoop out yung wax then spread sa face ng buffing pad yung wax. Sana baguhin ng collinite yung packaging nila like sa mothers step 3 paste wax na malaki yung diamter ng can saktong sakto sa size ng buffing pads

new or old, it all depends on the imperfections your paint has and how much of which you want to correct. to each blemish there is a product and a method of correction. then you'll have to decide what kind of protection and shine you want.
you'll find the answers you'll be given may have been discussed in this thread or maybe it's parent. both threads are stickied. good luck and more power.

August 29th, 2010 06:33 PM #545you're right sir that's why i asked if anyone could advice a good detailing regimen for new car as in new car..sabi kasi dito sa website ng autogeek iba iba ang pag approach sa mga paint imperfection.
mga masters pa adviced nalang if overkill or kulang yung naisip ko na approach to clean a carill be using mothers pala kasi cheap
and i will order directly from autogeek
( GOOD CAR SHAMPOO )
1. Mothers California Gold Pre-Wax Cleaner
2. Mothers California Gold Sealer & Glaze
3. Mothers California Gold Pure Carnauba Liquid Car Wax
4. Mothers California Gold Showtime Instant Detailer
5. Collinite Marque D’Elegance Carnauba Paste Wax #915
****question*****
Ano po yung ginagamit nila para sa paint protection yung 915 po ba yun or iba pa? Thanks

Para sakin yung sulit sulit tong combo na to and mura din sa autogeek. Wag na kayo mag mothers waxes kasi madali mawala yung mothers eh.
Klasse All-In-One Polish
Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze
Collinite Marque D’Elegance Carnauba Paste Wax #915
Also buy 1 take 1 yung Pinnacle XMT 180 High Gloss Carnauba Paste Wax Pang top off sa klasse combo. Yung 915 matibay and very deep yung shine kaso ang problem medyo mahirap siya i buff off sa paint.
Meron din silang free samples pag umorder ka so pwede ka din mag try ng ibang products.
Wait din natin yung suggestions ng mga detailing gurusLast edited by jmpet626; August 29th, 2010 at 07:12 PM.

ennzo, with your chosen route, after step 2, go directly to 915, do not pass GO, do not collect 200. then wait 8 hours for the wax to cure before topping something else. but then dust settles at that point. i dust them with my plush MF ;) . OCDs cry "noooooo.."
don't forget to do everything on a small test area. that way you'll know if it works and it'll push you happily til you finish the whole car or.. stop you in your tracks altogether, period
ginnova, you'll need a spray bottle for the IPA. in wiping off anything, the idea is to not cause new blemishes. always wipe with the clean fold of the MF towel. OCDs
this wiping-off business, you'll learn what can work for each case as you go along.

ennzo, new cars will not always be flawless. they are transported and stocked and will get acquainted with the weather.
915 protects well until you're due for monthly waxing. wax is a soft sacrificial layer on which water stains and their etched edges come off in the weekly wash better than having sealant alone which is a hard sacrificial layerwherein etches are therefore harder to clean off. a layer of both won't hurt either.
ginnova, one spray then wipe session on a panel is enough, two is..
i should say swipe, instead of wipe, or rub. but you'll know better when you get to it. ;) you'll do just fine i trust. don't forget to do the complete steps on a small test section..
azzkkr, when i backread this thread, there's atoy's, big bert's, jerome (autobisyo) too. or google philippines klasse or philippines +carlack. too bad if there is a shortage right now.
