you mean that elongated golf cart???
the way i 3d modeled the roofline i guess
anyway, surprisingly were getting a lil serious with the tableta ,which is a good thing shempre, but i was thinking/expecting the tsikot phuv to be cooler than this, to be ala scion or honda element similar to Oyil's concepts. Actually I posted this first sa MVPMAV thread as a re-shelling proposal to their phuv(see proportions a bit similar to theirs) but transfered here by the mod.Last edited by foifoi05; June 23rd, 2007 at 11:23 PM. In my opinion, your Tableta makes the PhUV look more classier... Moreover, I think it looks like it has something to do with our automotive industry like it can draw history to the Philippines.

Alin man sa MVPMAP PhUV, Tsikot PHUV ang maiproduce dito, this PHUV project has already created a history---a history in the making--- especially if we talk about Philippine Development Experience.
After the jeepney, sakbayan, carter/castro AUV, atendido's parejo, mdjeepstars and the FMC anfra, this is the most recent and latest, most serious attempt by local manufacturers to create a new segment in in the foreign dominated local motor industry.
We, in the academe, are hoping that the PHUV project will succeed. And whoever will be the architects of the renaissance of a TRULY LOCAL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY---THAT DEFINITELY CATERS TO THE MASA (THE MAJORITY) AS WELL AS TO THE GROWING SOPHISTICATED (WORLD CLASS QUALITY) FILIPINO TASTES----movers of Tsikot PHUV and the commited members of MVPMAP (hopefully, sumama DREAMCO, FMC-ANFRA, SARAO, MALAGUENA, MDJEEPSTAR, Columbian Motors, NOrkis, the Filipino partners of Japanese, Korean and US auto companies in the Philippines)------have already curved a place in the annals of Philippine motor history--side by side with Sarao and FMC.
Go tsikot, revolutionalize the Philippine AUV and PUJ!

June 24th, 2007 11:46 AM #779*jpdm,
With all due respect, I'd much rather reach (not wait) for the day when true PhUVs will be commonplace in our roads across the country. Only then can we really say that we (as part of a conceivably bigger group) have made history and not become yet another mere footnote in the annals of Philippine motor history.

architect,
The PHUV will not become a footnote, as long as there are people who believe in it. Count me as one.
This PHUV indeed stirred the imagination of many people--in fact, created an attainable hope--that the Filipinos can finally see a more cleaner environment with euro compliant, better looking PUV/PUJ (ok, baka may troll na sumulpot na naman, di yung prototype--si tableta!) and reduce maintenance costs for drivers and operators.
At the same time, ordinary people can finally own a much cheaper (CAMPI manufactured models--700k-2million)brand new and quality utilitarian vehicle---to replace their dilapidated or outdated vehicles with surplus parts.
Admittedly, the prototype was a letdown, and all of us including me reacted like spurned lovers. The initial overwhelming negative comments I think are expected but the incessant, repetitious, below the belt--ad nauseum--destructive comments-- that call for the shelving of the PHUV project as a whole has forced me to launch a blistering defense of the PHUV project. I was even mistaken as doing PR for the MVPMAP.
its an advocacy--- for we (especially the tsikot phuv team and mvpmap) might save thousands of jobs.
Go tableta!Go chok (ni DPROX)!
