June 22nd, 2007 08:41 AM #761Sounds good. Who knows, some of the tsikoteers here might even be interested in teaching.
These design models, in the case of the Philippines and the local backyard auto industry, will revolutionalize the production and image of local AUVs and if all these will be put into production, these will transform our urban and rural transport (PUV segment)landscape!
Tanong ko lang po, with limited resources (no stamping plant) it is possible to alter (with curves)the looks of boxy local AUVs? Then, is it possible to speed up production in case there will be bulk orders?
Is the design team, which Im hoping, will go to the lego type interchangeable parts especially the body frames and kits?
Can it be possible to fabricate quality and impressive grills, dashboard and instrument panels (weakness nila) without spending to much?although I am sure you know what I mean.
My study shows that we Filipinos love to accessorize.

yep, just used some old stuff there as backdrop, para hindi mukhang rushed yung modeling ng Tableta.
hehe thanks, easy lang.Cute nga, the color plays a big part, especially if theyre "candy" ones, if i can recall, mejo i was inspired by a korean picanto(morning) tv add years ago, swarms of picanto in diff colors.
btw, i agree, while sketching this, naisip ko bigla yung apv parang hawig nga sa proportions.

June 22nd, 2007 11:20 PM #766*foifoi05,
Is it possible to provide dimensions for the Tableta? We would lilke to determine the feasibility of adopting it to the current base chassis that we are designing.
Personally, I strongly believe if it is executed properly, we have a potential icon in the making. Hoping it won't lose its essence when we adopt it to the chassis.
BTW, if ever, don't post the dimensions here. Kindly pm them to dprox or OyiL or drey. Thanks.

i did the model tanchahan lang po.
Hindi naman sa tinatamad but i think you guys, especially the technical ones can provide much better the dimensions for it, infact ang daming mali niyan, i dont think the engine can fit
. I think the design is flexible enough for it to adjust on the platform being developed as long as the "chamfered oval" side is there.

i think your design really looks alike to those shuttle buses thats goes around MOA to ferry mallers from one section to another..
If you look at it closely, shorten the shuttle buses and bit, the only missing on those shuttle buses is the doors and windows.
