    All types of firecrackers are banned in the NCR as per all mayors I guess mainly due to the pandemic, given that firecrackers bring in the crowds. Ang "pailaw" is still allowed. Eh kami, we've decided on a cease fire muna from lighting up siguro at least until this pandemic is gone and that is if Mang Kanor doesn't make good on his word (like he always does) on banning this for good. Stay safe guys.
