April 12th, 2017 07:24 AM #223Kalokohan lang Dialysis na yan. Napakadaming klaseng ATF.

Imho as long as the ATF manufacturer is a trusted brand and it meets your ATF specs, you should be fine. Naka list naman sa bottle yung different specs na namimeet nya.

Agree with this one. For sure the manufacturer will sue anyone who falsely claim to be a producer of any product that is approved by the manufacturer. There is a cost in applying for certification iirc. The producer would surely want that certification in their package to tell the world that they do pass certain criteria or standard.

Due na ko for ATF replacement for my Santa Fe that requires SPIII . Naka 50,000kms of mostly heavy traffic driving na since last replacement ko ng ATF. Now wala na daw Transmax sa Ace Hardware.
Anyone tried Mitasu Multi Vehicle ATF? 1710 pesos sa True Value. First time to see a Multi Vehicle ATF na pwede din sa CVT as per specs below.

August 9th, 2017 03:57 AM #229Good morning mga sir! I just have an inquiry regarding changing ATF. I want to completely change the fluid inside my tranny. I asked a mechanic ng friend ko and sabi niya na no need na daw for a dialysis. Ibaba lng daw oil pan at linisan then refill. Question is pag drop oil pan lang diba hindi natatangal lahat ng fluid lalo na yung nasa Torque Converter? And besides ang alam ko advisable lang eto for manual tranny which is drain and refill (correct me if I'm wrong). Previously manual car ko but now ng palit na ako ng automatic. Really confused. Ano ba mas maganda for a complete change in ATF. Worried na din kasi ako dahil parang may burnt smell na ung fluid the last time I checked. BTW, ride is Mitsu Lancer 98 GLXI AT with InvecsII/sports mode transmission. Really appreciate all feedback and comments. post lang mga sir. maraming salamat and more power sa forum na eto.

Personally, I don't trust Mitasu. It's not even made in Japan (Russian-made). Then there's these text about it being "Manufactured by an ISO 9001:2008 certified company for Mitasu Oil....".
Then there's also its claim that this same oil can be used in both traditional A/T and CVT... what a load of c!*p!
It also uses the word "Suitable" when talking about compatibility with different transmissions. Anyway, before you pour that thing into "the most complex piece of machinery in your vehicle" (the A/T), watch the following video.
