    because the camera is compensating.
if one wants to see the difference, adjust the camera to operate at a single speed and aperture opening only.
then, putting both pictures side by side, and one will see the difference.
a light meter will also show the difference.

    yes, as particle says,
the automatic camera and our eyes automatically compensate.

Based on these images, parang makakasilaw sa opposite car po.
Parang naka high beam yung dating kasi, delikado po.
Base sa vision na yan, low beam should only be directed at most 1 meter from that white pot.
But based sa kuha na yan. Parang lagpas eh, but not sure though if depende ba yan sa sasakyan.

I think it's good. Look at the fence, the cut-off line is very clear and there's no light spilling above. If you're approaching Vann-O's car and your eyes are above that line wala kang silaw.

The white pot looks to be at most 2-3 meters away from the car. Having the beam fall 1 meter beyond it means effective illumination of just 4 meters?

How Far Should Headlights Shine? (Types, Distance + More)

Low beams should be able to illuminate at least 150-200 feet, or 45-60 meters. Tama lang na umabot dun sa gate yung light.

    when i adjust my headlights,
    i first make eyeball adjustments.
then i stand and stoop, and face my headlights, some meters in front of my car, and see if i am glared or not.
if i am glared, i lower the beams a bit more.
    simple 'nuff.

Seems that this thread has morphed into healdlights. Ok....

Anyone using H4 Novsight N60, N52 and/or N30 on the 1st gen Innova? Got beam shots against a wall and on the road?

If you plan to keep it longer, budgetan na lang pang retrofit. Iba pa rin kasi pag naka projectors, walang nasasayang na output.

Satisfied na ako sa 100/90W halogens, di pa nakakasilaw.

Ito yung difference ng tinted visor.
3M CS20, they call it medium.

Niloloko lang nila mga sarili nila, sa mga nagsasabi na walang compromise sa night time driving ang tinted windshield.

We often travel to the mountains in the night. In bad weather every little bit of visibility counts. Malakas nga ilaw mo pero hampered pa din ng windshield tint, it cancels out.

... at hindi masyadong nakakasilaw sa kasalubong!

I was given two bottles of this. Whether it makes a difference or not, my 52,000 km 2KD is in for a treat.

    googling,
there's a very lengthy discussion about this over in toyotanation.com.
"defrost button blinks for 25 seconds...".
since 2012 pa pala ito, and quite a number of complainants.
