June 1st, 2015 11:24 AM #2522The stock wheels of the Corolla are nice enough, but the OEM Lexus ones are really good on it.

Yes bro. The aesthetic compatibility with the stock ride height was one of my major considerations - ayoko kasi maglowering springs because medyo steep yung ramp ng garage namin, and because panghaharabas ko yung oto. And siyempre, 15k saved din, mahal kaya springs.
Pag OEM look kasi, di na kailangan ilower, unlike pag aftermarket rims, ang sagwa pag malaki wheel gap.

Unfortunately, those are PCD 114. The Altis has PCD 100. To use rims like that, you'll have to buy yourself PCD converters. Cheap ones go for about 8k per set of 4, but I wouldn't risk losing my wheels because of a cheap set. The better ones go for about 15k, though I'm not sure how durable they are. You'll also have to get hubcentric rings to avoid vibration at high speed.
Aside from those rims, if you do decide to get converters, you'll have a much wider range of rims to choose from. IMO the Lexus LFA rims from Dubshop look good, and are sold at almost all shops in Evangelista so you can definitely haggle for a good price.

June 2nd, 2015 01:07 AM #2527Ah, thanks for pointing that out sir jut! Ganda sana nun eh, and tama yung sabi ni sir mda, parang pang executive sedan. The one I saw sa site ng dubshop is the exact one that you installed, ganda talaga sir. Meron din naman ako nakita TRD pero 4holes lang. Mabisita nalang evangelista pag nagka budget na hehe!

Nice! I see that you also got the black Altis. Once you go black you'll never go back
My problem with detail studio is, mas mahal siya sa big berts. For the same service, P800 lang singil ng big berts. Kapag may sarili akong wax na dala, P600 lang singil sa akin. Yung P800 na service from Big Berts, already includes a quick waterless engine wash.

Yes bro, my previous truck was also black. So I know how much a pain in the behind it is to maintain one hehehe.
700 lang yung wash, clay, wax and waterless engine wash ng Detail Studio bro. The extra 500 I paid was for the paint cleaning - first time I heard of it, but from what I saw, they applied Meguiar's Paint Reconditioning Cream to even out any defects on the paint, before putting a second layer of Collinite 845. Result is a very shiny finish, without watermarks, swirl marks, or shiny holograms.
