FS ako so next change oil ko is 20k na. Pinalitan lang nila yung filter and top up using the extra oil from my last PMS.

I know the feeling - happened to me in my 10k PMS. I forgot I had about half a bottle left from my 1k/5k PMS. So I bought an extra liter. So I had 2 partially-used liter bottles of oil. Used one for my 15k PMS while the other is for topping up my other, older car.

^The extra 1L bottle will usually last 2-3 PMS services. I sometimes buy my oil in bulk due to having several cars to maintain so i also compute for the "butal"when it comes to the oil for the Altis.
I actually am getting mixed emotions on selling my gen 10.5 right now, especially after i have a nice long drive. The Gen 11 is amongst the options for its replacement though, albeit in CVT guise.
If you go for 10K oil change intervals, try also using the Baldwin P7454 oil filter element. This is what I use on our ZR engine (someone sells it on OLX but I had mine hand carried from abroad since the elements are pretty light).

What advantage does the Baldwin filter have over the Toyota OEM filter? My PMS is free so I don't mind the 5k filter replacement interval of Toyota, but if Baldwin offers something more than longevity I might give it a shot.

Hard to tell if there's any damage to your AC based on your description. The noise you hear might just be the compressor turning on. The water drops are normal.
If you have any doubts, why not bring it to the dealership right away? 3 year warranty naman, dapat sinusulit. 😊
