August 29th, 2016 02:09 AM #151ako i dont trust toyota alabang branch, manloloko yung mga yun.
meron kami dati issue with our altis na hard start siya and they say na fuel pump, ilan beses nila pinalitan ang fuel pump and binayaran namin lahat yun, di nila nagawa. pero nun pinagawa in the talyer sa tabi, they replaced the fuel pump again, tapos binigay sakin yung lumang pump. hindi na nag hard start pagkatapos...
hindi kaya they were just saying that they replaced the fuel pump, they replaced the fuel pump, pero hindi naman pala talaga pinalitan?
also, nagka-brake issues ako noon sa altis namin, maingay at nag shake yung brake pedal. pinalitan nila lahat: master cylinder, front rotor, brake pad, brake booster something yata... tapos isa pa, i forgot what its called.
knowing a bit better, i asked for the old parts for proof na pinalitan nila... kaso nga lang after a few days bumalik nanaman yung brake pedal issue. nun pinacheck ulit sa talyer, inadjust yung preno sa likod, tapos wala na! di naman pala sira in the first place yung mga pinagpapalit nila...

August 29th, 2016 02:31 AM #153They can always get a junk part lying in there somewhere, and claim it was taken from yours.
Then one time, naging 8 liters yun na, nun lumabas yun e-VGT na santa fe, eh ever since 6 liters lang sakin na orig vgt first bstches
Dun ko nakhuli ang Hyundai Pasig and to think religously every 3 months ako pa-service noon, i wonder if ni-replace nga ba nila oil?
Tsk tsk

August 29th, 2016 02:56 AM #155OK naman un insurance at approved naman agad.

what one can do, is to make secret marks on their accessible parts, and photograph them as proof.Last edited by dr. d; August 29th, 2016 at 08:43 AM.

Me I find it ridiculous to "be vigilant", "mark all the parts", etc..
Dun sa mazda threads, nabasa ko na yung sparkplug nirereco na palitan at 60k, why would they do that for a part that is rated to be safely replaced after 120k as part of PMS? Is it because they are not sure that you will have your sparkplugs replaced by them later? 8k ang sparkplugs and you throw it halfway of it's life, so you threw away 4k right? or the customer doesn't mind because free naman ang labor sa yojin3?
