Tahimik ah.. musta na sir ang mga FC nyo so far? Waiting for quite some time since I'm choosing between this and Mirage. Priority is the fuel consumption on city driving.

Since a lot of people compare the Wigo and Mirage and are prioritizing FC, I ran a few numbers.
Assumptions
1. Wigo G AT at 534k, Mirage GLX CVT at 553k
2. Wigo city FC at 11.3 km/L, Mirage city FC at 14.1 km/L (both tested by James Deakin under same test route)
3. Vehicle is driven 12,000 km a year.
4. Gasoline price is at P53/L
Based on these, you will have savings of P11,176 per year in fuel costs if you get a Mirage. This will offset the price difference in less than 2 years.
If it's the Wigo G vs the Mirage GLS, it'll take over 10 years to make up for the difference, so it's hard to justify upgrading from a Wigo G to Mirage GLS based on fuel savings alone.

heh heh.
but then again, fuel economy usually comes bundled together with other advantages/disadvantages... features that are felt everytime one drives that car, whether he likes it or not...Last edited by dr. d; July 13th, 2014 at 10:31 AM.

Mitsu PMS labor charges are typically twice that of Toyota so you might need to take out 2-3k from the computation given two PMS visits per year.

Earlier, we thought of replacing our vios 06E. Problem is, i wanted a cvt but to be blunt, i really dislike the looks of mirage especially when looking at it from the back. All of wigo G is enough for me, except for its ancient technology engine and 4AT, which is the heart of the car. So stick with our oldy vios nlng kami heheh. Can't afford din sa new city.
