215/R15 can fit with out modification. Pero 235/R15 you lift body or suspesion will do at least 2inches.

July 5th, 2010 06:17 PM #504450K? I really don't know pero I've seen 2002 mods go for 380K up.
Jimny is a niche market vehicle, buyers are mostly diehards otherwise they'd settle for any other car/sedan. don't fall for the "it's a low resale value" line. be patient, the right buyer will come along.
baka pwedeng wag mo na ibenta jimny to get another car. sayang!

July 7th, 2010 05:07 PM #509my wife just saw a jimny going to tagaytay and she seemed interested, in her own description "cute na pang harabas mukhang maliit na cruiser", her comment when I told her the price - medyo mahal rin pala and she asked me bakit parang konti lang sa daan at minsan lang nya masilayan, i gave her an answer pero tingin ko I was not to convincing, sa suzuki palang dami ng other choices within the budget namin tulad ng swift, APV & celerio, although not that practical as an every day car lamang ng Jimny over the other choices it can go anywhere ....

The Jimny is expensive because it's an off-roader. A very good one.
And it's not a very practical car. Since it's a true off-roader, it has a ladder frame chassis, twin live axles and four wheel drive... which make it relatively heavy for a small car and give it the ride of a jeepney.
I still want one. Badly.
