August 31st, 2017 10:08 AM #2221Salamat sa info, t2 naman yung akin. Siguro sa ngayon i change ko yung diet ko then yung sa lifestyle naman unti unti. Kaso hirap din magexercise ng may neuropathy. Then magpapacheck up na rin ako. Kasi yung kamay at paa ko rin laging may burning sensation.

August 31st, 2017 10:21 AM #2222Nung bata ako hindi ako familiar sa softdrinks at junk foods. Hindi kasi sya tinitinda sa school ko (Holy Spirit) at mga kaklase ko rin hindi alam yun. Nung nalipat ako ng school, ayun na yari. Influensya talaga yang mga kasama sa eskwuelahan kahit nakasubaybay ang magulang.

August 31st, 2017 10:37 AM #2224Nasa dugo din namin diabetes. Laging mataas than normal ang sugar ko pero di pa naman ako diagnosed with diabetes.
After a few years napabayaan ang sarili we moved outside PH hanggang sa lumubo ako to 100kg this year 5'7 height. It was alarming kasi i just turned 30.
It was a wake up call for me, my mom died because of diabetes. I needed to do something so my initial goal is to lose weight only. Ayun researched a lot then slowly changed sa healthy lifestyle.
About less than 3 months ago i came across KETO sa internet. After a lot of research sige sunod sa uso.
Tapos with all the hard work eto yung gains:
- Now weighs 80KG
- obese to overweight
- 38 to 33 waist
- XL to M shirt
Need na lang ng Annual Medical Check up to see if may improvement. Hopefully normal lahat.

August 31st, 2017 11:44 AM #2226i do keto only before summer, you know why? masyado akong pumapayat..deadlift at squats permormance takes a hit, yung legs ko sobrang pumapayat, but keto with IF is best for weight lost and health.

Thanks for the tip bro. I'll do it next time I'm due for bloodwork para isang init ng ulo na lang due to hunger hehe.
Ok na sa kin mawalan ng konting fat and put on a few kg of muscle. I'm only 167 cm. Too much muscle makes me look even shorter.
I was pretty fit during and after college. Only 60kg but strong enough to handle my own weight.
Then I injured my back and things went downhill from there.
Right now I weigh 64kg. When my wrist injury gets better I hope I can do some lifting again.Last edited by Wh1stl3r; August 31st, 2017 at 09:08 PM.

August 31st, 2017 10:40 PM #2230May case naman ako sa ibang bansa na okay ang health ko nung summer at fall. Pero nung nagwinter nagbago ang lahat. Within nov to jan naka 40+ na boils o pigsa ako. Bagsak ang immune system i think, duon na rin ako naalarm about my health, mas mura kasi ang mga karne at fast foods dun kesa sa gulay. Kaya nga ngayon kahit papano grateful ako na nasa tropical country tayo dahil mas madali rito magmaintain mg health imo.
