And one more thing I notice, sabi locked elbows? Karamihan ng nakita kong websites sabi wag daw i-lock ang elbows, this could cause injury and add more strain.
I have been using the no thumb grip forever and I find it harder for me to wrap my thumb.

i wrap my thumb... mas sanay ako... pero sa pushdowns and skullcrushers, minsan oo minsan hindi, ang sakit kasi sa wrist, na injure na kasi dati

posted by OverloadI try not to lock out on any exercise but I forget sometimes. You'd be better off not locking out as that also keeps constant tension on the muscle being worked in addition to perhaps preventing injury.

Also, Protein Protein Protein and more Protein daw. So I ordered the AST VP2 and the Ny-tro Pro kse I dont have time to prepare my baon, too busy for school and work. Ihahalo ko lang sa quaker oats ko yung mga supplements and solve na ko. I dont miss a morning without any cereal anyway. I have been taking Nitrovarin for a year, useless. So try ko naman yung AST products.

So what's your final verdict with regards to thumb grips? Wrapped or aligned? Anyway, I've been working out with both and no problems at all.
