Ayan, si M54 and ssaloon eh nag take ng ephedra wala namang palang side effect na nakakamatay. Dapat siguro take lang for a while then kapag na meet mo na weight mo, strict diet na lang and exercise.

Actually kaya ako ng whey kse $0.30 lang per serving. Compared sa Turkey sandwich $4.00 per serving mas magastos. Kaya nag whey na lang ako saka kailangan ko naman talaga. Kulang pa ang diet ko ng mga prutas. Busy lang ako masyado ngayon saka may ibang gagastusan kaya yan lang ang nasa diet ko. Kapag tapos na yung gastusin ko, dagdag ako ng meal.

Nga pala, I almost bought the PH (ProHormone) supplement. The most potent next to steroids, talagang dramatic ang gains lalo na sa ectomorph. Saka mura lang, 60 caps is $9.89 lang. Isang cap lang per serving pre-workout. I can tolerate all the side-effects but not the erectile dysfunction while on it, which is 2 months.
okay lang walang *** kung pwedeng mag sariling sikap, eh kahit sariling sikap maiinis lang ang kamay ko eh :hihihi:

Ano mas effective, whey or AA? Ako whey... AA are building blocks, without the actual protein intake itself, it does nothing, I've been taking AA religiously before and didn't see much muscle gain, but stack that with protein (di pa nga uso whey nun hehe, i use egg protein by cybergenics) mas may effect... I'm sure it'll even be better with the new whey formulations, but most whey powders contain quite a bit of AA's already.

Karding: Ika nga sabi ng mga "hard core" sites... No supplement is close to being as potent as an anabolic. If it claims to be, then it IS an anabolic hehe...
Ako whenever I read the warnings, side effects and possible danger (na di controllable) from anabolics, natatakot ako hehe, I have no clue how roid rage kicks in, and that's one thing I dont want my baby or my wife to have to go through...

....been there done that and it maxed out my credit cards.
....a good cheap alternative to protein drinks is enervon HP. tastes good but you gotta double the serving to get the adequate protein. only drawback is that i think it contains high amount of sugar.
...miss those gym days.

i use enervon hp... but if you compute yun per serving, masmura pa rin ang OPTIMUM NUTRITION 100% WHEY PROTEIN kasi superior type of protein, fast-absorbing...
ON - P1300 yun 31 servings of 28.4g w/ 23g protein = P42 per serving of 23g
ENRVON - P400 yun 25 servings of 40g w/ 9.9g of protein = P38 per serving of 23g
pero hindi whey yun ENERVON HP...

O kaya isang lata ng tuna. Mas masarap ang tuna dito kesa sa tate kasi mas maraming variety. May tuna adobo, tuna paksiw, tuna afritada, tuna asado. Isang latang tuna, isang bowl ng rice, atsaka isang serving ng gulay. Good meal na yan, mura at nakakabusog pa. Portable din kasi kahit saan sann meron ka mahahanap na kanin.
