    Ako pesca-polotarian for almost 2 decades. Used to do hight intensity cardio pa. Only for my APE to show high cholesterol lol. Genes kasi, my 2 uncles died of heart diseases.

    Mahirap yung nag su suggest sya ng mga maintenance meds sa mga viewers nya. Maraming tao na nagtitipid eh susundin na lang yung meds advice nya at hindi na pupunta sa doctor. Ang result kala ng tao eh nako control na nya yung sakit nya at di nya na kailangan ng doctor.

    personally,
    i wouldn't prescribe to patients i have not personally seen and examined.
    potentially dangerous.
