It's doing me good naman kasi bumaba BP ko? My Mom is against kasi feeling niya I will get ulcer or something but I don't get hungry naman unti the 18th hour siguro, sometimes I don't until the 20th hour. Pero if I'm out, mas mabilis nga ko magutom

are you dehydrated? what's your full-minute heart rate? is your urine intensely colored?
is it possible, your BP is low because you are dehydrated?
drink lots of liquid. water is still best.

Your bp's too low. Have yourself checked. I hope it's just your bp monitor malfunctioning.

Intake of water doesn't need to follow the 6 hour window.

I still eat cakes, chocolates and chicharon. I'm wondering if that's the reason why I am dizzy sometimes kasi my body is not used to such low BP.
"it has been my experience, that some folks let their alleged low BP dictate how they feel."
    ask yourself honestly,
"do i feel dizzy talaga? is this something new? wasn't i dizzy at times, before my BP went that low?"

    90/70 is low normal.
if you don't feel ill-effects, forget about it.
your HR is ok, naman. usually, in pathologic states, BP and HR have an inverse relationship. one goes up when the other goes down.
i can't say much more, as i can't examine and interview you at length.

for piece of mind, go see your physician.
